Great software Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents. Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature. Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

Great customer service This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

What do you like best? I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable What do you dislike? pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? getting forms signed remotely!
