What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

Easy to use I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software. At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

Satisfied customer I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

Generally, since the Companies Act 2006 was introduced the memorandum of association cannot be altered and is a purely historical document. This meant that if for example the objects of the company needed to be changed, the memorandum of association would be amended.
Alteration of Memorandum of Association of a Company. MEANING: The expression alter means to modify/change or vary. To make or become different in some respect. As per Section 2(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) alter and alteration shall include the making of additions, omissions and substitutions.

The clause lays down the limit beyond which the company cannot issue shares without altering the memorandum as provided by section 94 of the Companies Act. The association or subscription Clause: At the end of every Memorandum of Association there is an association clause or subscription clause.
The object clause of the Company is the third clause of memorandum of association of any Company stating the objects i.e. the business/purpose for which the Company is incorporated and any other matter considered necessary in furtherance thereof.
A memorandum of association contains a name clause, registered office clause, object (or objective clause), objects clause, liability clause, capital clause, and association clause. An MOA is a type of legal paper that is prepared when forming and registering a limited liability company (LLC).
Object of registering a Memorandum of Association or MOA The MOA of a company contains the object for which the company is formed. It identifies the scope of its operations and determines the boundaries it cannot cross. It is a public document according to Section 399 of the Companies Act, 2013.
