It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.

I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.

Great service and software
Great service and software. I used PDF filler to edit and sign a couple of PDFs and the tool is easy to use. I've also made use of their customer service and they responded fast and adequately! Great tool, great service! Thanks for being awesome!

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.

The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
