The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

I has made my job easier. I use numerous forms as a Clinical Manager for a Home health agency that does not utilize EMR. I am now able to fill out these forms in half the time. I don't have to look through countless paper folders to locate my forms, just locate on my desk top, complete and print!

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

I accidentally activated 2 accounts & requested a full or partial refund but wasn't expecting it as this was my fault. PDF filler responded to me immediately & refunded the second account in full.Great customer service! Thank you

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device.
