I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for.

How do I fix printable area in PDF?
Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select one of the following options: Fit To Printable Area Scales small pages up and large pages down to fit the paper. Shrink To Printable Area Resizes only large pages to fit the paper and prints small pages as they are.
How do I add padding to a PDF?
1 Answer Open the PDF document you want to add the margin to in Preview.app. Go to File -> Print. Go to Paper size -> Manage Custom Sizes Add a custom page size by clicking on the + in the lower left. Fill in the following values: Press OK, and make sure the newly create size is selected under Paper size.
Why does my logo look blurry in PDF?
If you start with a low-resolution image or other file, the resulting PDF may look blurry or pixelated, especially if printed out. PDF converters can't make your finished document look any clearer than the original. Use files with resolutions of at least 72 dots per inch for Web display and 200 to 300 dpi for printing.
Why do my margins change when converting to PDF?
The document content is automatically scaled by MS Word between the two standards and the scaled content (proportionally in both dimensions) can result in margins changing. The scaling can be changed through Word options.
