initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.
What do you dislike?
I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back. An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents. Not everyone is familiar with it. Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

What do you like best? Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents What do you dislike? No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot

Contract is two types : Quantity Contract: This contract considered to fulfilled when the company supplied an agreed total quantity of materials against the contract. Value Contract: This contract considered to fulfilled when the company supplied agreed total value of material against the contract.
A value contract is a legal agreement with a customer that contains the materials and services that the customer receives within a specified time period, and for a value up to a specified target value. A value contract can contain certain materials or a group of materials (product hierarchy, assortment module).
The contracts are of two types: Value Contracts Use this type of contract, if the total value of all release orders issued against the contract shall not exceed a certain predefined value. But Scheduling agreement is a form of procurement plan under which the materials are purchased on dates within a certain time.

An indefinite-quantity contract may be used when the Government cannot predetermine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that the Government will require during the contract period, and it is inadvisable for the Government to commit itself for more than a minimum quantity.
