I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! If Sam is an example of the company, which he is, then this is a 10 star company on a 4 star scale!

I have found this PDFFilter writer and downloader to be exceptionally useful and user-friendly. It organizes my files clearly, making navigation simple and efficient. I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019
