I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

What to put for extra withholding on W4?
On line 4(c), you can instruct your employer to withhold an extra amount of tax from your paycheck. Alternatively, don't factor the extra income into your W-4. Instead of having the tax come directly out of your paycheck, send estimated tax payments to the IRS yourself instead.
What is the difference between extra withholding and deduction?
Withholdings are amounts taken out of every employee's paycheck to pay their income taxes for that pay period. Deductions are amounts taken out for benefits and donations the employee has chosen, such as retirement, healthcare, or special funds.
How to calculate extra withholding on W4?
As mentioned above, you have the option on the W-4 form to enter an additional amount you want to have withheld with each paycheck. Simply divide your estimated tax shortage by the number of pay periods you have left before the end of the year to get your number.
How many additional withholdings should I claim?
You may reduce the amount of tax withheld from your wages by claiming one additional withholding allowance for each $1,000, or fraction of $1,000, by which you expect your estimated deductions for the year to exceed your allowable standard deduction.
