My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I love this application! It has made my life so much easier in filing medical claims. I used to have to write or type them out (yes with a typewriter!) but now I just do them on PDFfiller and it takes me less than 1/2 the time! Thank you!

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Not to mention I am saving money by not having to purchase any paper and more importantly I don't have to purchase any printer ink.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Very good experience and removed my frustration. Thank you.

How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.
