I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

I discovered PDFfiller.com during a Google search. I wanted to fill in a job application professionally instead of hand written. How very nice of them to let me try it for free. I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The level of communication the team has…
The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

What do you like best?
One can easily edit, e-sign and share PDF documents online. Very effective while converting PDFs.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't let other forms of documents to convert. Only allows PDFs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is not possible or difficult to e-sign your documents by using other websites or applications. Best website for e-sign.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).

Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. This site is superb, I'm just a tech dummie with a capital "D". Gotta go or I'd say more. Thank you for your excellent product and great free trials.

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
