Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Love the software
Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

What do you like best?
I can copy, save my files and print off the site to get my 1099's and if I like I can email my workers this for the convenience of saving the stamp.
What do you dislike?
sometimes its hard to find a certain item I need but with the Help Chat they found it very quickly for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use the site for my 1099's and used it once for a Bill of Sale item I sold.

I love not having to print forms, then fill them out and scan them. So much time, ink and paper wasted. Using PdfFiller I just upload the document, fill it out and send. Super easy.
