easy, well organized, love the signature options especially. Ability to share and distribute is a fine function. I live in Germany and did my girlfriends USA taxes all electronically and send to her to sign and submit.

Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.

I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

I used the trial version of PDFfiller…
I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. I will DEFINITELY use their product in the future and pay for a full subscription should I have further need for their product.Steve

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Kara helped me solve a mystery…
Kara helped me to figure out a tricky issue that had to do with 'filling' a pdf. Kara figured out that it was a problem with my Chrome browser, so we switched browsers and it worked. Thanks.
