I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.

They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

wonderful program
wonderful program, very helpful for me, I scanned in my document and am able to type it instead of handwriting it, as is the standard in my office. Saves me a ton of time.

The product is super easy to use
The product is super easy to use, from creation until the document is saved. I used it continuously for 26 of the 30 trial days and will definitely resubscribe going forward. I rate it as the best of its kind.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

How do you amend medical records?
The patient's request must be in writing, and he or she must sign and date it. The request must be directed to the provider who originated the portion of the record the patient wants to amend. The request must state which portion of the record the patient wants to amend and specify how it should be amended.
Can you edit your medical records?
If you think the information in your medical or billing record is incorrect, you can request a change, or amendment, to your record. The health care provider or health plan must respond to your request. If it created the information, it must amend inaccurate or incomplete information.
How do I make corrections to my medical records?
Draw line through entry (thin pen line). Initial and date the entry. State the reason for the error (i.e. in the margin or above the note if room). Document the correct information.
When should a medical record be changed?
Your provider must act on your request for an amendment no later than 60 days after receipt but may extend by 30 days if a reason for the delay is provided in writing. If your provider does not provide a reason, they must amend the inaccurate or incomplete information. There are a few exceptions.
Can hospital change medical records?
