the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.

I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller

Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. How do you pass a resolution?
To pass a resolution, which may be 'ordinary' or 'special', shareholders must cast their votes for or against a proposed course of action. This can be done at a general meeting or in writing. Ordinary resolutions require a simple majority vote (above 50%) to be passed.
