PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

It is possible, however, to amend that record by adding a newly executed deed, usually called correction or corrective deed, deed of correction or, in some states, deed of confirmation.
