My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. A feature that is critical to my business broke on Friday. I was able to interface and get updates about the fix over the entire weekend and had the problem solved by the dev team before Monday morning. Awesome teamwork from the folks at PDFiller from end to end. Highly recommend.

PDFfiller has made editing PDFs much easier than the Acrobat PDF. The editing features are laid out in an understandable manner. I would definitely recommend this product.

Satisfied but no longer need service
I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
