SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TECH SAVY
ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

Not instinctive but the simple instructions helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the results I needed. Once I got that, it was easy as pie!

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.

I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.
