Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

simply the best online PDF document handling online. I have had zero problems with this program and will continue to use it over the other available options online.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

User Friendly and Effective Audit Trail
Found it very user friendly when using it to get signatures. The audit trail is also simple and understandable in terms of tracking.

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.
