It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

I needed an editing client after my brother's Kami client for online schooling went down and this let me cleanly and adequately edit and save documents to turn in. Highly recommend.

Can you talk about your salary?
Your right to discuss your salary information with your coworkers is protected by the federal government. The National Labor Relations Act states that employers can't ban the discussion of salary and working conditions among employees. However, this law doesn't guarantee you access to salary information.
Why is it bad to talk about your salary?
Why some companies try to keep salaries a secret. Talking about salaries at work is often frowned upon by the higher-ups, and some companies actually impose pay secrecy policies that prohibit employees from discussing their salaries with coworkers. Not to mention, these policies are actually illegal.
