It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. it does important essential legal functions in ways that work but are somewhat visually disorienting and that are provided through a user-insensitive, extortive pricing model.
The fact that PayPal has removed you from their approved subscription list may be entirely technical but it does not inspire confidence.

The product works
I was able to fill forms and use powerful tools. They are not Adobe though and they charge nearly as much.
The web sight interface was easy to use.
They charge WANton much especially if you want the option to use it for only a short period of time.

There are times when it takes a few times to bring up the document. This may just be an internet issue on my end.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.
