I have only used to fill and print out a 1099-misc. After reading the general instructions of how to report my DE 542 information and what I needed to understand. I was sold on PDFffiller.com

I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

How long does it take for fax to go through?
When sending or receiving a fax, documents that contain mostly text usually take approximately 1 minute per page. For documents that contain graphics (e.g. scans of documents), or for faxes that are being sent through a slow phone line, it may take 5 minutes per page or more to be sent or delivered.
How long does a long distance fax take?
Sending a fax takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute per page of text (assuming a clear connection for both machines and using today's technology). Graphics, fax machines that have been modified to send slower, and lousy phone connections can drastically slow the transmission speed down.
What is considered a long distance fax?
A fax is made by a telephone call. So by definition, a long-distance fax would be made over a long-distance call.
How many pages can you fax at a time?
For traditional fax machines, it's recommended that you submit 50 pages or fewer. For an easier and reliable transmission, start with batches of 15 pages.
Do you have to dial 1 when faxing long distance?
The country code (the number 1 for US phones and fax numbers) will also sometimes need to be dialed before local numbers but only when the area code is also required. The country code is almost always necessary to dial long distance numbers. You will often also need to dial 9 before dialing long distance numbers.
Do you need long distance for a fax machine?
Sending faxes through a dedicated fax machine is one way to get the job done; but if you don't have long-distance service on your phone line that won't be an option. An alternative method is to send your fax through the Internet.
Is it faster to fax or mail?
The only thing that makes faxing faster is the 2-3 days of mail time that is not incurred. Faxing the forms in does not increase the speed with which the IRS will process the information.
Is sending a fax safer than email?
Faxes cannot be hacked very efficiently, but there are other reasons why the fax machine remains secure. Unlike emails, faxes cannot have attachment viruses. Even if they're slower than emails, email attachments can destroy your software and spread infections across the network.
Why is fax better than email?
It is stored, saved, copied and forwarded multiple times without any form of encryption. This means that email can very easily become compromised and the important data within it can be read and downloaded by unscrupulous third parties. Cloud faxing, and even manual faxing, are a different story entirely.
