PDFfiller is a very helpful tool. However, I do feel there are aspects that could be improved. For example, it would be useful to be able to fill in ovals.

Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. All I will need to do is verify any information to make sure it hasn't changed and place a new date on it and send it.

Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.
