I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I had to type information into a PDF document and I couldn't do it in Windows 10; I found pdf.filler.com and was able to type in my information easily!

What is the attachment feature on Circuit?
The Attachment tool has two functions in Design Space. It helps to hold your cuts in the same position relative to each other on the cutting mat as in the Canvas. It also fastens a Draw or Score layer to a cut layer.
What does Circuit attach mean?
Attaching allows you to keep all the attached layers together. This means that when you send your project to cut, everything will be organized, just like when you designed it in Circuit Design Space. When you attach, the Mat will show the same Circuit Design Space Layout.
What is the difference between Weld and attach in Circuit?
When you want to eliminate the cut lines between to images or letters you would use weld. Like Attach, weld keeps your project together on the canvas and when you send it to the mat to cut. Unlike Attach, there is no unwed button. Weld is more permanent.
What does Weld mean in Circuit?
Weld. The Weld tool is used to join images and/or text to create a single image. It removes any overlapping cut lines in the images or text. I use this tool often to connect text together. First, make sure the text you want to weld is overlapping.

What is the Weld feature on Circuit?
The Weld tool allows you to join shapes to create a single customized image by removing any overlapping cut lines. This can be a great way to simplify a design, keep the letters of a word connected, or combine shapes to create new designs.

When you want to eliminate the cut lines between to images or letters you would use weld. Like Attach, weld keeps your project together on the canvas and when you send it to the mat to cut. Unlike Attach, there is no unwed button. Weld is more permanent.
What does Weld and flatten mean on Circuit?
If you attach you're telling your machine to cut everything in one mat. That's why it changes colors. Something similar happens with weld. You are making all those layers into one. Unless, you are trying to print then cut (flatten), then your designing process is done, and you need to cut.
