I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool

If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

PDFfiller saved me significantly more than the cost of a subscription
I found PDFfiller when searching for a (lease) document I needed to complete for a potential tenant. I signed up for the trial, and I will let it continue to a paid subscription. PDFfiller saved me significantly more than the cost of a one-year subscription. I'm really happy with the program, which allowed me to customize the document, and easily fill out the form.

GREAT PRODUCT
This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. What documents should be recorded?

What document is recorded with the deed?
A deed is a legal document signed by a property owner that transfers rights to the property to a new owner. And with a deed, Billy doesn't even have to yell to declare his ownership. Throughout the US, local county recording offices file deeds in an official public record.
What is a recorded deed?
When you buy a home, it is usually the job of your title or escrow agent to file your original deed the document showing that you legally own the property in the appropriate government office in your county. This is called recording your deed. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business.
What type of notice is given by recording a deed?
B Explanation: Recording a document provides constructive notice to the world of its existence. A person has constructive notice of a fact if he should know the fact, whether he actually knows it.
Do recorded documents need to be notarized?
As a general rule, all recorded documents should be notarized.
What are recordable documents?
Recordable Document: a document that the recording authority (clerk of the county court, for example) is authorized to record, usually by state statute. Certified copies of a recordable document may not be made by a notary public. A certified copy of a recordable document must be obtained from the recording authority.
What is required to record a deed?
Deed Requirements: Grantee(s) (Buyer-Party Receiving Title) names legibly printed in the body of the Deed. Names printed under Granters' signatures. Two witnesses, for each signature and the names of witnesses printed under witnesses' signatures. Complete Notary acknowledgment.
Can you record a copy of a deed?
Title deeds do not have to be recorded. Recording is filing them in the county recorder's office and if recorded, the title deed acts as defect notice to all third parties as to ownership in the property.
