I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.

Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Surprised I had signed up for a year It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

i retrieved a form and subscribe, but since doing so this really isnt exactly what i'm looking for, i need commercial cleaning contracts and cant seem to find them.

Overall a very good service Not the cheapest subscription, but you can upload your documents, edit them, send them via emai, fax, USPS, sms, etc. Lots of functionality and very useful. Login anywhere to continue, even via app.
