Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.
