like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller
Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

I have used pdfFiller for several different projects that I have done during the passed few months. It has became my go-to site for getting things done quickly and efficiently. Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
