Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

This product is very easy to use and I am impressed with the various toll available to make the changes to the PDF files.The service and backup provided by the support team is excellent. I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.
