My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. I made customer care aware of my concern and they were immediately responsive and apologetic fir the issue. Completing, saving, and printing the forms I needed was easy to learn and do.

on the form 710 you cannot remove the zeros on page 2. Please correct ... I use this form a lot and it would be nice to have fillable spots vs lining up the curser.

It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

Had a technical issue where I couldn’t find my document. Somehow it disappeared. Contacted support via the chat and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your help and for fixing the issue so quickly!
