This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

I am too Busy at the present time but I find the program very helpful. I would like to review the program after I get into it in the tax season for more comments.

Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

Thank You for an Amazing Program
I was having a difficult time creating a new document to file in my folders. I use this program now for all my note taking as I'm a Social Worker at a High School. The fill in bulk feature and the create from template has been life saving to me. I can easily generate notes on my caseload of students without having to go document by document. It has helped with my organization and the customer support has been Tier 1, there hasn't been an issue that I haven't had solved same day.

Great tools for pdf editing, very easy to use and the final documents look so professional. Honest company with a good back-office team.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
