It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a…
I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Can I waive my meal break?
Employees may waive meal breaks for shifts less than 6 hours or shifts less than 12 hours. If the total work period per day for an employee is no more than six hours, the meal period may be waived by mutual consent of both the employer and employee.
Can I refuse my lunch break?
If you are doing work for your employer, your employer must pay you. If you are on an unpaid lunch break, you cannot legally be doing work for your employer. Some states mandate some paid breaks, some industries or particular jobs may have mandated breaks (think truck driver for one).
How many hours can an employee work without taking a lunch break?
Applicable to every employer. Meal period is required where employees are not afforded necessary breaks and/or permitted to eat lunch while working. ½ hour, after 5 hours, except when workday will be completed in 6 hours or less and there is mutual employer/employee consent to waive meal period.
Do I have to take 1-hour lunch break?
California wage and hour law requires employers to provide lunch or meal breaks to employees who work a minimum number of hours. Under Labor Code 512, non-exempt employees who work more than 5 hours per day must receive a minimum meal break of 30 minutes.
Do I legally have to take a lunch break UK?
Lunch Break Laws in the UK For us in the UK, the lunch break is a legal requirement. Anyone employed for 6 hours a day or more is entitled to a 20-minute uninterrupted break away from their workstation during the middle of the working day (not at the beginning or the end, apart from special circumstances).
Can I waive my 10-minute break?
The employer must provide a second break no later than the end of the tenth work hour. An employee working six hours or less in one shift may waive their right to a meal break. Waivers for meal breaks do not need to be in writing, but both parties must consent to the waiver.
When can I take a 10-minute break?
The 10-minute rest break must be provided to employees who work over three and a half hours. Employers must authorize and permit employees to take 10-minute rest breaks for every four hours worked, or major fraction thereof. A major fraction of four hours is anytime more than two hours.
