You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

PDFfiller!
This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better.
This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use.
PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

It was amazing and very user-friendly! I love that pdffiller makes it so easy to fill out a form and sign a signature. Better than filling a form in Adobe Acrobat because you have to figure it out yourself.

Can you sell stock during a blackout period?
Blackout period. As the name suggests, this is a period of time during which directors, executive officers, certain employees and some other people and related entities are prohibited from selling or buying a company's securities. Sort of like blackout dates for airline points, only for stock.
What is a blackout period for stocks?
A blackout period refers to how most companies and corporate insiders are prohibited from repurchasing their own shares in the month before the release of their quarterly results. Companies buying back their own stock have been providing a major floor to equity prices.
What prohibits trading during the blackout period?
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) protects employees during blackout periods. The SEC prohibits employees, even top company officials, from trading based on company information that has not yet been made public, and blackout periods help to enforce that rule.
What is the quiet period for stocks?
For publicly traded stocks, the four weeks before the close of a business quarter are also known as a quiet period.
Can you exercise stock options during a blackout period?
Either prohibit “Broker-Assisted Cashless” exercises entirely, or restrict them to only be permitted during blackout windows, barring special circumstances and approvals. Ensure that any trade monitoring includes review of stock option exercises.
When should you exercise employee stock options?
