Gmail users can now block specific email addresses with just two clicks. In the top right-hand corner of a message, click the drop-down menu button (upside down triangle), and select “block.” (It appears with the name of the sender in quotes.) Any future messages from the blocked addresses will land in the spam folder.

First, open the email from the sender you want to block. In the upper-right corner, there will be a button marked with three vertical dots. Select this to open the drop-down menu. Next, choose Block [sender's name].
Open Microsoft Outlook. Click on Home. Under the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options. On the Blocked Senders tab, click Add. Type the e-mail address of the person or company you'd like to block and then click OK.
On your computer, go to Gmail. Open an email from the sender you want to unsubscribe from. Next to the sender's name, click Unsubscribe or Change preferences. If you don't see these options, follow the steps above to block the sender or mark the message as spam.
In the message list, select a message from the sender whom you want to block. In the Outlook menu bar select Message > Junk Mail > Block Sender. Outlook adds the sender's email address to the blocked senders list. Note: You can restore any of the mail that is in the Junk email folder.
Go to Settings. At the bottom of the pane, click Mail. In the left pane, select Mail > Accounts > Block or allow. Under Blocked Senders, enter the email address or domain that you want to block and select. Select Save.
