I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Super User Friendly and Wonderful Service
Made signing in and using the service very easy. PDFFiller helped me fill in my PDF with ease. Their service department was extraordinarily helpful, too.

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner.

As a contractor, we have some customers that require a specific contract form. This form requires customization for each customer. pdfFiller allows me to include the specific terms and conditions in the contract while customizing it for the specific customer. This is a huge win for our company since we would normally have to outsource this contract to be completed by others.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
