Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I write screenplays with a friend and when he works on the script he puts it into PDF file and I purchased this to be able to open files and make corrects, recommendations or add to the script. It worked great but there just are not enough instructions for me. It was trial and error.
