It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

Formula fields can reference fields from Master-Detail or lookup parent relationships. Formula fields can reference fields from objects that are up to 10 relationships away.
What is a cross object formula?
A Cross-object formula is a formula that spans two related objects and references to merge fields on those objects. You can reference fields from objects that are up to 10 relationships away. A cross-object formula is available anywhere formulas are used except when creating default values.
