Tap the orange + button and then select the contact you wish to text. In the conversation window, tap the three vertical dots icon in the upper right, then tap Schedule a message. Set the date and time using the calendar interface. Draft your message. When you're finished, tap add to schedule.
Schedule a Message on a Samsung Tap the Menu in the upper-right corner of the screen. This is either three dots or three lines, depending on your phone. Select “Schedule Message.” Select a date and time to send the message and then tap “Set.”

Go to messages on your android device. And go to the message thread of the person you want to send the scheduled message or create a new message and then add a recipient (Enter the contact or contacts you want to send a scheduled message) Then tap on the utility button.
Open the app drawer, and choose the default Messages app. Next, go to the message thread of the person to whom you want to send the scheduled message, tap the over-flow menu icon, and then choose Schedule message. ... By tapping on the time and date buttons, you can set the time when you want the message to be sent.
Open the Samsung SMS app. Draft your text message. Tap the + button near the text field, or the three dots in the top right corner of the screen to open the calendar. Select the date and time. Tap Send to schedule.
One of those features is the ability to schedule text messages. To schedule a message, when you are in a conversation, tap on the 3-dots menu present in the top right corner of the app. On the drop-down menu, tap on the Schedule a message option and then enter the date, time, and the content of the message.
Scheduling Texts Input your message as you normally would, then either tap on the “+” icon within the left-hand side of the message field (One UI), or hit the three-dot menu button (Oreo) on the upper right. From there, hit “Schedule message,” and set the time and date from the calendar that appears.
