What do you like best?
Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.
What do you dislike?
Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Stupid-Easy to use Very easy to get used to. This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies. I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it. Wish it was a little cheaper. If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost. It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

Life saver It's been my go to for many different documents. All I do is full in the blanks and download Creating and editing new fillable PDF documents gave never been so easy.. I absolutely love this app. Have found nothing I dislike and it's saved me quite a few times.

I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
