Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.

Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good.

I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

Is it illegal to finish a basement without a permit?
As long as you have egress, there are a lot of locations that don't require a permit for finishing a basement, unless electrical is part of it. Adding a bedroom requires an egress window if you don't have one and may require inspection. Some places use renovated space as part of their tax calculation.
Do you need a permit to put up drywall in basement?
A job that requires a building permit in one place may not need it in another. Local conditions will affect whether you need a permit. For example, if you plan to install insulation or drywall in a large area, add or remove walls, or put in replacement windows, you will probably need a permit.
Do I need a permit to renovate my basement?
When renovating a basement to add livable space, permits are required and architectural plans will need to be filed with the DOB. Refinishing the basement is one of those projects that people think they can do without a building permit, because the work isn't visible from the street.
