Excellent program! This service has brought back the professional ability to complete online forms in a typewritten format, as opposed to handwriting. A physician's handwriting is sometimes difficult to read, but with PDF filler, I am able to type the forms, print and have the physician sign where needed.

It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government. I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I fill in forms, I create forms listing medical issues/histories, electronic signatures are always handy. I also convert to Office Documents if needed.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! Easy & simple to use! Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention. I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.
