erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. Pdffiller has by far the best support team that I have ever experienced. They can be contacted day or night to help resolve any problem or question I have had. They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem. How does a lifetime estate work?
A life estate is a form of joint ownership that allows one person to remain in a house until his or her death, when it passes to the other owner. The other owner -- the remainder man -- has a current ownership interest but cannot take possession until the death of the life estate holder.
What does it mean to have lifetime rights to a piece of property?
A lifetime estate on a deed is a type of property ownership. It gives an individual the right to occupy and use a property during that individual's lifetime. The remainder man cannot live in the property during the life tenant's occupancy of the home unless they previously consent.
