Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

Can a doctor text a patient?
To say that texting is in violation of HIPAA is not strictly true. It is okay for a doctor to send text messages to a patient, provided that the message complies with the minimum necessary standard and the patient has been warned of the risks of communicating personal information over an unencrypted channel.
Is it OK to text your doctor?
Quick and simple as it is, texting has become the easiest way for docs to violate privacy laws and make themselves vulnerable to data breaches. Since it poses such serious threats, is the convenience of texting even worth it for physicians? When no protected health information (PHI) is involved, texting is harmless.
Does text messaging violate HIPAA guidelines?
There is nothing wrong per se with physicians using text messages to communicate with other healthcare professionals and care teams. However, SMS texting is a violation of HIPAA Rules if the text messages contain any protected health information for which a patient had not given their consent.
