I really like this app

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Great for .pdf that You Need to Edit-PDFfiller is the way to Go!
Great for doing 1099s at tax time!
Wonderful for use with prefab downloadable boilerplate documents
that you purchase from the web.
Great storage for being able to go back in and repurpose a saved document for an additional use.
Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit,
but overall not too cumbersome.

Good Product, Great Service
I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues
A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

Is there a way that 1 page can be…
Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.
