I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

Love being able to annotate and sign documents. Would love to learn how to interface with others and what is involved asking someone not using PDFFiller to sign a document.

It was a little tough figuring it out at first, but it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do. In the sending and returning process, I think it could be done with perhaps fewer steps

Everything is alright, and serves my needs.
Good value-for-money fairly easy to use.
Cannot easily find all the forms that I want to use. And some I believe are not available.

I never thought editing PDF files online would be that easy
PDF files, while really good, can also be a pain, and PDFfiller eases that pain. Why deal with scanners when you can fill PDF forms online? It's support to cloud services is also great
It just happens in the first times using it, but sometimes You can get a little lost if you're new to it

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier.
That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it.
Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.
