Got up & running pretty quickly. Very grateful. Really appreciated the Guidebook!!! Running in to a few glitches, but I have confidence that there are solutions as the software seems pretty powerful.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

What do you like best?
The amount of tools avaliable gives a lot of possibilities working a PDF Doc. Its been very usefull to me. And its online! You could access the tool anywhere! I like the fact that it brings a possibility of working any kind of PDF doc.
What do you dislike?
I consider the price is a bit expensive. And sometimes I have a little difficulty changing the size of images included in a document, maybe this feature could be improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! Its very usefull and is online, give it a try

Gives our company the posibility to aply signatures on docs. And doing corrections on different PDF with mistakes. In our Buisiness its very common to have changes in final documents as puchase orders. And PDFfiller is a great tool to correct mistakes that we have to face everyday.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.
