I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. so far i like the app I have been able to access pdf docs. and templates and edit. very satisfied I also loje the onine fax capability. Keep up the good work.

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Also is there a charge sometime in the future for this?

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.
