What do you like best?
Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF
What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

How do I transfer ebooks to my Sony ereader?
How to transfer books from the Reader for PC or Mac software to the Reader Digital Book. Go to My Library > Books. Select the desired book(s). Click the Copy to Reader button. Select Copy to Reader from pop-up menu. After the sync is complete, click the eject button to eject the Reader.

Why is my PDF file so small?
If the PDF document is too small to be read in Vertical , change the orientation to Horizontal to display the document. NOTE: To change the orientation of the page, press and hold the SIZE button until the screen orientation changes.
