I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Fast Refund!
I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!

Can LibreOffice Draw open PDF?
Depending on the operating system, the PDF file assignment to LibreOffice can have different ways. You may be presented with the option "LibreOffice Draw" to open. Otherwise you can open the file in the file explorer after Open with you can click on the selection "Choose another app" in the filemanager.
Can you convert PDF to LibreOffice?
No, LibreOffice will not convert a PDF to a DOC (or ODT) or so. What you can do is that if you create a Writer document (ODT or DOC), from it you can create a PDF that embeds the source file. Therefore from that PDF you should be able to go back to the DOC (or better the ODT).
