I was in a real pinch with only a couple of days left to send out 1099-R forms and facing having to type them on an old-fashioned typewriter, until I found PDFfiller. You saved me hours of frustration and extra work!

PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

The icon for regular folders is changed via the folder's properties window. Right-click the folder and select Properties. Go into the Customize tab at the top of the window, and then choose Change Icon from the bottom. Scroll through the list to find an icon to use.
Enter the address /usr/share/icons and press Enter. This will display the folders where icons of all applications stored. Please note that in Ubuntu, icons are divided into themes, named Adwaita, Hicolor, Humanity, Gnome, Yaru and more.
You can put app shortcuts on the desktop in Ubuntu using the Nautilus file manager. You navigate to ~/usr/share/applications (or another folder with shortcuts in) and drag and drop the relevant . desktop files to the ~/Desktop folder, and bam: you're done.
/usr/share/icons/ typically contains pre-installed themes (shared by all users) ~/. icons/ typically contains folders with the themes installed by the user. Also, many applications have their icons in /usr/share/pixmaps/ or in the folder with the same name as the application under /usr/share/...
