For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

No need to hunt for a fax service / company; no need to leave where I am at to go fax a document; can work and send documents in the middle of the night right from home or while on the road; have been able to search and find online documents and upload into account for editing use; easy to share documents via PDFiller; you can send documents to anyone with an e-mail address - your recipient does not need to leave their laptop either!

Perfect for my needs!
I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

Why does my PDF have weird symbols?
When you see unreadable gibberish symbols as shown in the screenshot below, you are likely dealing with a corrupted PDF file. More specifically, your PDF document is probably missing important information about font character mapping. The reason for this can be that the document was produced incorrectly.
How do you get symbols on a PDF?
Go to the toolbar and choose Insert Symbols PDF. Select Insert Symbols PDF from the toolbar to get started. Go over the document and check it for errors and typos.
How do I remove special characters from a PDF online?
How to Remove Symbols PDF: Upload your template to the uploading pane on the top of the page. Choose the Remove Symbols PDF feature in the editor`s menu. Make the required edits to the file. Push the orange “Done” button to the top right corner. Rename the form if it`s needed.
